After noting Allen's interest in furniture making I thought these photos might interest him. So. its a desk I bought many years ago (30) originally used as an office desk by a faimly grocer. The lide folds down and is then support by the two pull outs. I like it still never get fed up looking at it. Id say hand carved. The sides have art novau whirls on them. There you are Allen.

Thought you'd like it, I know I do.
Its one of the few pieces I'd collected which my ex did n't take, it was too heavy.
